The Bad Timing

There was a knock at the front door, Followed by a loud bang. Erica Miller, the one on the second floor of the found ran down the stairs to see someone had broken her front door. She panicked, not yet noticing that it was her brother.

After a few moments her said something, "Erica, please calm down." 

Erica wasn't in the right mind to hear him and she hit him upside the head with a book. 

She lets out a breath of relief after realizing it was her brother, "I am so SO sorry Jack." Jack gives Erica a light hug before Erica notices a ghost was watching this all happen. She shrugs it off as a shadow however and takes the hug.

Erica makes Jack stop hugging her so she could fix the locket she had around her neck.
Even though it wasn't in much of a mess.
"Jack uhm- What are you doing here?" Erica asked, in a bit of a studder. "Oh I came to return your novel-" Jack accidentally knocks Erica's glass vase onto the ground, making it shatter. "Oh no no, that cost me hundreds of dollars! it was a family heirloom too. What were you even doing jack?!"
jack wa sin shock, "I an so sorry Erica." He gives her another hug. "i didnt mmean it. i will pay you back."
