Practice Story 1

I didn't know what he meant because for a while, our family was doing alright after mom passed. Dad has been overworking in the labortory studying about pop cans and other sorts of food.

 I studied a lot during school and I didn't get any free time at all. Around the time, I wasn't addicted to the internet like the others. The one i'm mostly studying about is a case from English. Our teacher is wanting us to solve a case which wasn't even our fucking business at all.

I tapped his shoulder and asked him what was wrong. He told me that his partner passed away from cancer and now he has to work alone. I hugged him but he didn't do it back. He looked up at me with a ruined face and told me to repeat after him.

"I promise I will never separate from you."

He puts his hand down and did I. For a while, we went quiet. I got back up on my feet and tilted my plastic cowboy hat to where I can glance at him before walking out leaving him like a total mess. 

When I reached the door and closed it, the air suddenly turns black all around. I was confused thinking maybe the place was having a light out and then I recieved my anxiety attacks. I slowly backed away as the voices start fading in.

"Why are you still here? You deserve to die after what you did to her."
"You will take the fall for this, Carven."

I snapped my head around trying to snap out of it until dad slapped me, causing the air to form back to normal. "Is it the anxiety attacks again bud?". I nodded and slowly got up with him. He asked if I wanted something to eat and I said sure. So we went to the cafeteria area to get something to eat.
