Mystery Garlic Letter

by Corvus1101 | Score: 3950

There was a letter on my doorstep with my name on it. There was no sender name or anything. I carefully inspected it before opening it. There were only a few words. 'Blue rose garden. 11pm tomorrow' "What the hell?" I asked myself aloud. What kind of shady stuff was this? I had no friends and no one in the apartment really knew me. The letter smelled like some type of spice. I sniffed the letter and it smelled of garlic. I happend to have a bottle of garlic seasoning on my table. "Odd.." I mumbled. No one I knew at work really even liked garlic so who could it be? Maybe that one traffic warden who worked by the food stalls? He was always so touchy and grumpy. Or the manager who liked crafting things out of the most random items? Maybe she used garlic recently?  It could be someone I didn't even know, too. I was more cautious nowadays, because at work a week ago there was some quite important data stolen.  Maybe they were talking to me about some sort of agreement? "Hmm... if they want to play a game or something to win it back from them it wouldn't be too good. I always lose at games.." I muttered as a paced back an forth.  "Just why is there someone asking me to meet them at 11pm? And who in the hell is it?" I said curiously with a tinge of anger. I decided of would go meet mystery man. I waited for the next day and saw a toy plane on my doorstep. "What the hell? So random?" I said as I picked it up and headed down to the blue rose garden.
