The Q death

by Nessie Byrnenia | Score: 3100

Letters were rare these days. Nobody sent letters anymore ; all happened on computers. So Ben couldn't be more surprised when he opened his letterbox and discover an unknown yellow paper which seemed to contain something. With furrowed eyebrows, he brought it home and opened it. There was a paper and a paintbrush. On the paper were only a few words, "paint it".

What should he paint ? He looked around, completely lost. The box ? The letter bow ? He had to paint it ? Not thinking twice, with a childish smile, he ran to take the fresh paint he used to change the color of his walls and ran outside.

So he painted it. In shades of blue and green, with ugly flowers and stick figures. It looked like a five years-old painted it and yet, he was happy.

After admiring his work of art, he came back to his house, wondering who sent it. He examined the paper, and found the letter Q on it. Was Q their initial ?

An idea came to him. He went on his computer and search the letter Q written on a letter. He was amazed to discover that all around the world, people had received a single letter like this in their life with a Q written on it, with an item.

He couldn't help but get jealous of the man who received a soccer ball with the letter, while himself had a paintbrush.

Searching a bit more, he saw that most of those people were dead. A popular mortician
had said in a blog that a lot of the body he had to take care of had the letter Q
on it. He started to sweat. W
