When the world stopped turning

It was ten minutes before midnight and it hit we had no idea what happened out of no where the earth was shaking the roads started cracking and the cars started falling in this void no one saw this coming the police tried to  evacuate everyone but it didn't work homes started to crack all of them no one knew what was happening and all of a sudden they all fell the world was like it was cracking in two i.... My home was gone and then out of nowhere it started raining ice we all thought were going to die and then something no one thought happened it all stopped but then something much worse happened......
