Not going out without revenge

by Annabelle | Score: 5000

I stood there looking my enemy in the face. His eyes were a flame of orange. He needed to pay  for the death of my family.  I lunged forward, flinging my daggers. They skid and cut just above his knee cap. He winced at the pain and a cry of help assured that I had cut him in a main artery. I ran as fast as I could, knowing the injury would only spare me a few minutes. A long farmers market stood in-between me and my future destination.  I turned back for a quick moment to see my dark eyed enemy chasing after me with a slight limp. The smell of veggies and fruits filled the air. Warm tomatoes that had been basking in the sun would make for a perfect distraction. I picked up the plump fruit and threw it back at my near approaching enemy. It cover his vision temporarily allowing me to weave my way out of the farmers market. But dead end. I forgot zelon street came to a dead end. I stopped looking around frantically hoping for a weapon or something to show up, but the obnly thing that did was Zemo. I looked straight into zemos dark, mallicous, eyes.  "You cant run." He said. "Nowhere to go." I stood up straight claiming higher ground. "We made a deal." I said sharply. "No, YOU made a deal." This got my blood boiling. "But in therapy, with the crazy occupational woman." I said panting trying to put things straight. "Zaras words meant nothing to me." He knew that us going to therapy to made amends was something important. We both made deals and promises. Ones that all got dropped the second he got rid of my family. I got mad at the thought of my family gone. I took my fist and slammed it into the side of his head. The shock caused him to stumble sideways. I tried to think of a way to defeat the man infront of my but my brain was occupied with the thought of my parched mouth. I hadn't had water in a few hours and fighting and running hadn't made it any easier. Almost as if I forgot I was in a fight, I zoned back in just intime to block Zemos blow.  Punches were thrown, guts were punched, blood started to spill. It all agrivated me even more than I was in the beginging. All in all I was crying, I woke up.
