As I lifted my coffee mug to my mouth, Julius barged in crying . "Lina!"He sobbed, " Granny died." My mug fell to the floor as I scooped up my baby brother, who sniffled into my shoulder, I was devastated.
So here I am a week later, back at my job as a pharmacist. Then a young man walks up to me. "Paracitamol, please." He says.
"Yes, sir." I reply in a sharp tone. "Right away."
"Why, are you so touchy, miss?" he asks.
"That's my problem not yours." I say, "here is your paracetamol. Good day sir."
"My, my, I raised 20,000 pounds for charity. You know."
"Oh," I say lamely. "How nice."
