                              CHAPTER ONE: UNDER THE STARS 
I ran, the cold sweat on my back made my tank - top wet. The police were after me, my parents were dead. I didn't have any living relatives. I could hear a helicopter above me and I stopped running and ran to hide in a bush.  I could hear the sirens of police cars on the highway. The Helicopter had gone away. I crawled out of the bush and walked on. My feet were tired and I was cold. A bush shook in the wind, the wind blew around my red hair. A shrill cry echoes in the distance. I didn't let it bother me. The shrill voice got louder and louder. 
"Is anyone out there?" I yelled 
"I'm over here!" A voice yelled
I ran over to the voice, my legs aching.
