My Crazy Day

As I was walking down the road, I heard someone cry for help. I dropped everything and ran over to where I thought I heard the voice. To my surprise, no one was there. I heard the voice again, but this time it was coming from elsewhere. Finally finding the source, I sized up the person standing before me. She appeared to be an adventurous person, and when I asked her what her job was, she replied that she was an advertising executive. She pulled out her map and asked me to show her where she was. I pointed out where she was standing, then she asked me directions to Walmart. I showed her then continued on my way. My day appeared to be destined to be eventful as soon I approached an elderly lady with a white cane. She appeared to be stuck in a doorway. I rescued her and walked on. Suddenly, my eyes dimmed and I couldn't see! I bumped into a statuette and apologized until I realized it wasn't a real person. Finally a kindly shoemaker rescued me and took me to the ER. First they took my info, then they gave me an examination. It fast but thorough and they diagnosed me with temporary sun blindness. Walking out, I thought I heard a slight sound. Panicked, I nudged a passerby and asked if a meteor was falling. They replied that there was nothing in the sky and I continued on, reassured. I picked up a contaioner of pudding where
