The Last Week of Life on Earth

by Anonymous | Score: 4100

I was coming home one day. It was a normal basic day. I was going to go home, have some dinner. Do my homework, then play some soccer and go to sleep. That's how it's been, that's how it used to be. But it will never be that way ever again. At 3:00 pm astronomers spotted a gigantic meteor approaching the earth, on my way home that day I saw many things happening and many people with different reactions to that news. From people dropping perfume bottles in stores, to a depressed pizza man doing his job for possibly the last time in his life. Once I got home I did my chores and dusted the furnace with a feather duster, I repainted the chipped corners of the walls, and began doing my homework while watching tv. I finished my arithmetic and decided to take a break and watch tv for a while, it took five minutes for a childish ad to pop up, it was about Korean noodles, it was clear to me that the director for that ad was very childish. I finished my homework and went to sleep. In the morning, mother made some bacon and eggs, with a side of waffle and maple syrup. With this, I drank orange juice, I quickly finished my breakfast and went outside to play some soccer with my favorite world cup soccer ball. As I was playing I saw a firefighter rushing in a fire truck to deliver a pregnant women to the hospital.
